Account and Data Deletion

You can play without a linked account. If you linked a Unity Player Account, you can start account deletion from inside the Game or send us a deletion request from this page.

Delete a linked Player Account in the Game

  1. Open Monkey Business and return to the title screen.
  2. Open the Player Account panel using your profile image.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the permanent-deletion warning, then select Confirm Delete.
  5. Wait for the in-game Account permanently deleted confirmation.

Account deletion is permanent. It removes the linked Monkey Business player account and app-owned public player-tag record, and removes the ability to recover that account's online progress on another device. Local gameplay remains on the current device until the Game is uninstalled or its app data is cleared.

Request deletion on the web

Email us from the address associated with your linked account, when possible. Include Monkey Business account deletion, your platform, and your Unity player ID or the diagnostic block copied by the in-game Support action. Do not send a password, payment card details, or authentication codes.

What we delete

After we verify the request, we will delete or request deletion of the Monkey Business Player Account association and associated cloud-save and leaderboard data that we can identify, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or within the time required by applicable law.

Guest and device data

Local game data can be removed by uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data where your platform supports that option. Anonymous cloud or leaderboard data may require the Unity player ID from the in-game diagnostic block so we can locate it.

Data controlled by Apple or Google

App Store and Google Play purchase records are managed by Apple or Google under their policies and may not be deleted through Fox Innovations. Deleting Monkey Business data does not cancel or erase your Apple ID, Google account, or store transaction history.
