Privacy policy
Effective July 24, 2026. Monkey Business is published by Fox Innovations LLC. The game stores progress such as scores, bananas, inventory, settings, and rewards on your device so it can work as expected.
Data that may be processed
The game uses Unity services for guest authentication, cloud save, remote configuration, and leaderboards; Unity LevelPlay and mediated networks for optional rewarded and limited interstitial ads; and Apple or Google billing for purchases. Linking a Unity Player Account is optional and may process an email or external sign-in identity so progress can be protected across devices. Live UGS Analytics collection is currently disabled. We do not collect payment-card details.
Your choices
Personalized ads are off by default. No ad request is made before required privacy choices are resolved. On iOS, denying tracking keeps the advertising identifier unavailable and prevents cross-app tracking; eligible ads may still be delivered in a non-tracking, non-personalized, or limited mode. You may delete local progress by removing the app. Linked accounts and associated service data can be permanently deleted through the in-game account screen or our Account and Data Deletion page.
Children and updates
The game is not directed to children under 13. We will update this policy if the released game’s data practices, SDKs, or features materially change. For the detailed policy, including retention and third-party services, see the full privacy policy.
Terms of service
By playing Monkey Business, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the game for entertainment. Please do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, interfere with service operation, or misuse other players’ data.
Virtual items, purchases, and ads
Bananas, lives, boosts, and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Current purchases are consumable banana and life packs handled by the App Store or Google Play; refunds are subject to those stores’ rules. Rewarded ads are optional, and limited interstitial ads may appear between rounds.
Service availability
We may update or discontinue features as we improve the game. The service is provided as available to the fullest extent allowed by law. Florida law governs these terms, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise. Read the complete Terms of Service.
Support, community safety, and deletion requests
Need a hand with gameplay, a purchase, an ad reward, a player-tag report, privacy choices, or a data request? Email support@foxinnovate.com. Please include your platform, device, app version, and a short description. Never send payment-card details.
Public player tags must follow our Community Rules. Use the in-game report action for an inappropriate tag, harassment, or impersonation. For help with missing rewards, linked accounts, or data deletion, visit Monkey Business Support or the Account and Data Deletion page.
Release disclosures
Monkey Business will be free to play, may offer optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads, and may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases do not directly increase leaderboard scores. Store availability, final SDK configuration, privacy labels, age rating, and data-safety disclosures will be finalized before release.
