Community Rules
Monkey Business public community features are limited to leaderboard scores, one permanent player tag, and one of ten bundled avatars. There is no player-to-player chat, and the game does not upload profile photos.
Choose a safe player tag
Your player tag is public and is intended to be permanent after you confirm it. Do not use a tag that:
- Contains profanity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, slurs, threats, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Harasses another person, impersonates another player or organization, or falsely suggests official Fox Innovations status.
- Shares contact information, account credentials, payment information, a precise location, or other personal information.
- Promotes illegal activity, cheating, score manipulation, scams, spam, or commercial solicitation.
- Infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Automated checks reduce obvious abuse but cannot catch every case. Passing an automated check does not make a tag acceptable.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the app or its services, automate gameplay, manipulate scores, interfere with another player, or evade an enforcement action. Report security issues privately to support@foxinnovate.com; do not use them to gain an advantage.
Reporting and enforcement
Use the report action on a leaderboard entry to report an inappropriate tag, harassment, or impersonation. Reports include the target player ID, public tag, bundled avatar ID, category, and reporter player ID so Fox Innovations can investigate and limit report abuse.
Fox Innovations may dismiss a report, release or replace a player tag, remove leaderboard content, restrict online features, suspend an account, or take other proportionate action. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of community features or account access. We may preserve limited enforcement records as needed for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations.
Appeals and questions
If you believe an action was a mistake, contact support@foxinnovate.com with your platform, app version, public tag, and player identifier from the in-game diagnostics. Do not include payment-card details.
Changes
We may update these rules as Monkey Business and its community features evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
